الاِنْتِباذُ: هو اتّـِخاذُ النَّبِيذِ في الأَوْعِيَةِ المَصْنوعَةِ مِن جِلْدٍ أو غيرِهِ، والنَّبِيذُ: هو الـماءُ الذي تُلْقَى فيه الثِّمارُ أو الـحُبوبُ، كَالتَّمْرِ والزَّبِيبِ والتِّينِ والشَّعِيرِ وغَيْرِها؛ فَيَكْتَسِبَ منها طَعْماً ومَذاقاً، وقد يَتَخَمَّرُ بعد ذلك ويُصْبِحُ مُسْكِراً، ويُقَيِّدون ذلك بِأَوْصافٍ، كالغَلَيانِ، والقَذْفِ بِالزَّبَدِ، والاِشْتِدادِ، والـمَطْبوخِ، وذَهابِ الثُّلُثِ أو الثُلُثَيْنِ بالطَّبخِ. والاِنْتِباذُ قِسمانِ: 1- انْتِباذٌ يَـحْصُلُ معه إِسْكارٌ. 2- انْتِباذٌ لا يَـحْصُلُ معه إِسْكارٌ.
English "Intibaadh" (casting/throwing [to make fruit drink and cider]) is to make "nabeedh" in waterskins or other containers. "Nabeedh" is water in which fruit or grain is thrown, such as dates, raisins, figs, barley, and others, thus giving the water a taste and flavor. It might later ferment and become intoxicating. Jurists restrict this (the water's ability to intoxicate) to certain descriptions of the water, such as boiling, forming foam, intensifying/becoming stronger, becoming cooked, or being reduced to one or two thirds. "Intibaadh" is of two kinds: 1. "Intibaadh" that causes intoxication. 2. "Intibaadh" that does not cause intoxication.
اردو انتباذ: چمڑے وغیرہ سے بنے ہوئے برتنوں میں نبیذ تیار کرنا۔ نبیذ اس پانی کو کہتے ہیں جس میں پھل یا دانے وغیرہ جیسے کھجور، کشمش، انجیر اور جو ڈالے جاتے ہیں جن کا ذائقہ اس پانی میں آجاتا ہے۔ بعض اوقات بعد میں یہ پانی نشہ آور ہوجاتا ہے اور علماء اس کے کئی اوصاف ذکر کرتے ہیں جیسے جوش مارنا، جھاگ پھینکنا، اس میں تندی آجانا، پکا ہوا ہونا، اور اس مشروب کا ایک تہائی یا دو تہائی حصہ ختم ہوجانا۔ نبیذ بنانے کی دو صورتیں ہیں: 1- وہ نبیذ جس میں نشہ پیدا ہوجاتا ہے 2- وہ نبیذ جس میں نشہ پیدا نہیں ہوتا۔
Indonesia Al-Intibāż adalah membuat air nabīż di wadah-wadah yang terbuat dari kulit atau lainnya. An-Nabīż adalah air yang di dalamnya dimasukkan buah-buahan atau biji-bijian seperti kurma, anggur kering, tin, jelai dan sebagainya sehingga air menyerap rasa dan kelezatan buah-buahan tersebut. Terkadang setelah itu terjadi proses fermentasi dan menjadi sesuatu yang memabukkan. Mereka menandai proses fermentasi ini dengan beberapa kriteria seperti mendidih, mengeluarkan buih, mengental, matang, dan berkurang sebanyak sepertiga atau dua pertiganya setelah direbus. Ada dua jenis pembuatan nabīż: 1- Pembuatan nabīż yang menyebabkan mabuk. 2- Pembuatan nabīż yang tidak menyebabkan mabuk.
الانْتِباذُ: طَرْحُ الشَّيْءِ وإِلْقاؤُهُ، والنَّبِيذُ: ماءٌ يُطْرَحُ فيه تَـمْرٌ ونَـحْوُهُ لِيَحْلُو بِهِ الـماءَ.
English "Intibaadh": casting and throwing something. "Nabeedh": water in which dates or the like is cast to sweeten it. Other meanings: stepping aside or staying aloof.
اردو الانْتِباذُ: کسی شے کو پھینکنا اور ڈالنا۔ ’نبیذ‘ اس پانی کو کہا جاتا ہے جس میں کھجور یا اس طرح کی کوئی اور شے ڈالی جاتی ہے تاکہ وہ میٹھا ہوجائے۔
Indonesia Al-Intibāż artinya melempar dan membuang sesuatu. An-nabīż ialah air yang dimasukkan kurma dan semacamnya ke dalamnya agar air menjadi manis.
يَرِد مُصْطلَح (انْتِباذ) في الفقه في كتاب الحُدود، باب: حدّ شُرْبِ الخَمْرِ. ويُطْلَقُ في كتاب الحَجِّ، باب: الوُقوفِ بِعَرَفَةَ، وفي كتاب الجِهادِ، باب: الفِتَن، ومعناه: الاعْتِزالُ وعَدَمُ الـمُـخالَطَةِ.
الانْتِباذُ: طَرْحُ الشَّيْءِ وإِلْقاؤُهُ، يُقال: نَبَذْتُ الشَّيْءَ، أَنْبُذُهُ نَبْذاً، أيْ: أَلْقَيْتُهُ مِن يَدِي، والنَّبْذُ: طَرْحُكَ الشَّيْءَ أَمامَكَ، أو وَراءَكَ. والنَّبِيذُ: ماءٌ يُطْرَحُ فيه تَـمْرٌ ونَـحْوُهُ لِيَحْلُو بِهِ الـماءَ. ويُطْلَقُ بِـمعنى: التَّنَحِّي والاِعْتِزال، يُقالُ: انْتَبَذْتُ مَكاناً، أي: اعْتَزَلْتُ فيه وانْفَرَدْتُ عن النّاسِ.
