1- واحةٌ مشهورة كان سكانها القدماء من العماليق ومن بعدهم سكنها اليهود.
2- صالَحَ رسولُ الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أهلَها على النصف من ثمرتها في سنة 7 للهجرة.

3. Rafidije smatraju da je Fedek bio lični posjed Poslanika, sallallahu alejhi ve sellem, i da ga je poklonio svojoj kćerki Fatimi, te da ga je nakon njegove smrti uzeo Ebu Bekr, što nije tačno. Taj posjed bio je u vlasništvu države.
