Bosanski Hedžer je grad na istoku Saudijske Arabije, a danas se naziva Hufuf.
1- منطقة تاريخية أثريّة كان بها معالم عدّة واندثرت.
2- كانت عاصمة إقليم البحرين سابقاً.
3- إليها تُنسب القِلالِ التي وردت في بعض الأحاديث النبوية.
4- جعلها أبو طاهر سليمان بن أبي سعيد القرمطي مقراً لحكمه، ثم ازدهرت ونمت واتّسعت.
5- تطلق هجر على مواضع أخرى فتطلق على هجر نجران وهجر جازان.

2. Ranije je bio glavni centar regije Bahrein.
3. Po tom mjestu naziv su dobile bačve (el-kilal) koje se spominju u nekoliko hadisa.
4. Ovaj grad podigao je Ebu Tahir Sulejman b. Ebu Seid el-Kurmuti i proglasio ga centrom svoje uprave, a nakon toga se proširio i razvio.
