Bosanski Serif je mjesto udaljeno dvanaest kilometara sjeveroistočno od Mekke, prije Džemuma.
1- مَوْضِعٌ مَشْهورٌ يُذْكَرُ فِي السِّيرَةِ وَرَحَلَاتِ الْحُجَّاجِ.
2- بِها تزوّج رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم ميمونة بنت الحارث رضي الله عنها.
3- به توفيت ميمونة بنت الحارث زوج رسول الله صلّى الله عليه وسلّم سنة 38 هـ وبه قبرُها.
English 1. A famous place that is mentioned in the Prophet's biography (Seerah) and the pilgrims' journeys.
2. The Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, married Maymoonah bint al-Haarith, may Allah be pleased with her, there.
3. Maymoonah bint al-Haarith (the Prophet's wife) died in Sarif in 38 AH, and her grave is there.

2. U tom mjestu Poslanik, sallallahu alejhi ve sellem, oženio se Mejmunom bint Haris, radijallahu anha.
3. Mejmuna bint Haris, supruga Poslanika, sallallahu alejhi ve sellem, umrla je u tom mjestu, 38. godine po Hidžri, i tu se nalazi njen kabur.
